Once you have placed an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at email@example.com immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order has shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been packed we are unable to switch items. Please make sure all your information is correct before placing your order.
Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen if they tracked as delivered by the shipping service you choose. All orders over $100 will be shipped with signature required.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Based on product availability, orders will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order unless it is a pre-order. All orders are shipped via USPS unless a different speed/service is requested.
Our normal shipping time is 5 days to the west coast and 2nd day in the midwest and east coast, weather permitting. We ship from Cincinnati, OH, 45215.
We do not process or ship orders on Sunday or holidays.
US PO Boxes are accepted as a domestic ship to address only.
International PO Boxes are not accepted.
We currently offer free shipping for all orders over $50 inside the United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- All international orders will be shipped with Shopify's default services unless otherwise requested.
- All packages will have tracking information available.
- All duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not cover these additional charges by your customs dept. If you choose APC Shipping when you check out it will allow you to pay duties and fees upfront so you will have no charges when your box is delivered.
- Some delays in shipping may be expected. Orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
- Recipient is responsible for all customs and duty charges.
- We do not allow exchanges from overseas customers but we do accept returns for refunds (minus shipping fee).
Your entire order will ship together when all items in your order are available to ship. The items you order will be put on hold for you until your last pre-ordered item is released.
